Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman says a new electronic service for the registration of limited liability companies (LLC) has been presented and launched in Ukraine.

"Today we are presenting a completely new service. Now, enterprises and legal entities can already be registered as LLC. They also don't have to go anywhere and contact anyone, and hence, they save time and money and more easily conduct their business," he wrote on Facebook on July 9, having posted the relevant video.
The prime minister added that the move, as well as the launch of other e-services, is one of the tools to ease doing business in Ukraine.
In turn, Ukrainian Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko noted advanced technologies that were used when creating the service.
The minister says the LLC registration will undergo three stages: one needs to enter personal account on the Justice Ministry's portal; fill in the questionnaire, indicating the company's name and charter capital, as well as choosing model articles; and verify identity using a digital signature or the Mobile ID service.
Petrenko added that the existing limited liability companies would have an opportunity to use another service, which is being launched now, by transition "to electronic format, choosing model articles."
As UNIAN reported earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers set a task for 2019 to introduce another 50 e-services in Ukraine.
