According to Bogut, one needs to consider two aspects in this regard, that is, technical and financial ones. From a technical point of view, everything went well, as there were no power outages and problems with electricity supply. As for the financial aspect, the monitoring of public service obligations (PSO) fulfillment is now underway.

The advisor says the first results of the new energy market's operation could be estimated in a few weeks. A platform for bidding under bilateral agreements will be operating for three months. Following that, a new platform will be chosen and launched, which will ensure the full-fledged operation of the energy market.

According to Bogut, the country's law on the electricity market adopted in 2017 is fully meets the European norms and rules, as well as the requirements of the European Union's Third Energy Package.
