The annual loss of Ukreximbank has worsened to UAH 11.25 billion based on audit results, the bank has said in a posting on its Web site.
Previously the bank reported a UAH 9.806 billion loss for 2014.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukreximbank appealed to investors with a request to defer for three months the payment of Eurobonds worth $750 million that are set to mature on April 27, 2015. The bank said it would pay on the bonds by July 27, 2015.
Ukreximbank has been operating in the Ukrainian market since 1992 and is one of the largest banks in the country. It is 100% owned by the state.
