Public debt payments for January-July amounted to about UAH 248.9 billion ($9.69 billion).
The general fund of the state budget of Ukraine for January-July 2019 saw a deficit of UAH 1.1 billion ($42.8 million).
Some UAH 255.3 billion ($9.93 billion) was received from the placement of government loan bonds, including UAH 164.1 billion, $3.2 billion, and EUR 0.2 billion.

In addition, the second tranche of the loan was received under the World Bank guarantee in the amount of EUR 529 million, as well as funds from the additional placement of external loan bonds in the amount of UAH 350 million, while a first eurobond issue over the last 15 years was carried out worth EUR 1 billion with a 7-year maturity at 6.75%.
