On Friday, August 9, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market by the close of trade settled at UAH 25.14/25.19 to the dollar.
The National Bank of Ukraine on Friday evening strengthened the official hryvnia exchange rate by 22 kopiykas, bringing the national currency to UAH 25.09 to the dollar.

The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for August 12:
US$100 costs UAH 2,509.0813 (UAH 2,531.6561 as of August 9);
EUR 100 costs UAH 2,809.6692 (UAH 2,833.6827 as of August 9);
As UNIAN reported earlier, on Friday, August 9, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market by the close of trade settled at UAH 25.14/25.19 to the dollar.
Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 28.16/28.21.
