The National Bank of Ukraine on Friday strengthened the hryvnia’s value by eight kopiykas, setting the Ukrainian currency’s official exchange rate at UAH 23.43 to the dollar, while on Thursday the Ukrainian currency’s official exchange rate was at UAH 23.51 to the dollar.
On April 10, the central bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies:
$100 – UAH 2,343.5369 (on April 9 it was UAH 2,351.0335);
EUR 100 – UAH 2,524.9267 (on April 9 it was UAH 2,553.6926);
10 Russian rubles – UAH 4.4603 (on April 9 it was UAH 4.3516).
As UNIAN reported earlier, the National Bank from March 31 again started setting the official exchange rate at the end of the working day. The rate is valid during the next day.
