On Friday, August 30, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market by the close of trade settled at UAH 25.13/25.16 to the dollar.
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) on Friday evening strengthened the official hryvnia exchange rate by nine kopiykas, bringing the national currency to UAH 25.14 to the dollar.

The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for September 2:
US$100 costs UAH 2,514.4111 (UAH 2,523.2299 as of August 30);
EUR 100 costs UAH 2,774.9041 (UAH 2,793.7201 as of August 30);

Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 27.76/27.79.
