Ukrainian Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk has named the immediate tasks set for the new government, including preparation for the IMF mission's visit to Kyiv, talks on gas transit, drafting the 2020 national state budget, and tackling raiding attacks on businesses.
"Among the major tasks for the coming weeks are preparations for an IMF [mission's] visit, holding negotiations on gas transit, drafting the national budget for 2020, preparing a reform for state asset management and large privatization, launching tools to stimulate energy efficiency, and overcoming raiding attacks," he said at a meeting with President Zelensky on Sept. 2.

As UNIAN reported, before his appointment to the post on August 29, Honcharuk stressed the main task of the new government, that is, achieving economic growth.
