"The first review of implementation of a new program by Ukraine is planned for May 2015, and disbursement of the second tranche worth SDR 1.8 billion (about $2.462 billion) [will come] in mid-June," according to the report.

Currently, the regulator is working on promoting legislative initiatives to be adopted by Ukrainian parliament before the IMF mission starts its review, according to Sergiy Kruglik, Director of the International Relations Department of the NBU.

"The program set forth clearly all the laws and regulations necessary to be amended," he said.
