"The Fund's annual state property lease plan has already been fulfilled by 90%. As of September, we have channeled UAH 1 billion [$39.5 million] and UAH 61 million [$2.4 million] into the country's budget," he wrote on Facebook on September 6.

According to Trubarov, the SPF is expected to reach the planned figure of UAH 1.2 billion ($47.4 million) by October. Moreover, it will transfer about UAH 1.5 billion to the national budget by the end of the year.

"This is a good indicator given the outdated legislation on leasing state property and the reluctance of ministries and departments to transfer new facilities for lease to the Fund," the official added.

As UNIAN reported, on August 19, Trubarov said UAH 1.04 billion ($41.1 million) had been transferred to the country's national budget from the lease of state property since the beginning of 2019.
