International rating agency Standard & Poor's has downgraded Greece's credit rating in foreign currency from "B-" to "CCC+" with "negative" outlook, Russian news agency TASS has reported referring to the press release of the rating agency.
The country’s short-term rating in foreign and national currencies was reduced from "B" to "C" level.
UNIAN reported earlier that Greece met the deadline for repaying those of its loans to the IMF due in April.
