Ukraine and Turkey have discussed the mutual transfer of technology for the production of large-caliber artillery ammunition, according to Ukraine's defense giant Ukroboronprom
"On September 10, as part of the DSEI 2019 security and defense exhibitiony, Andriy Artiushenko, chief of the high-precision weapons and ammunition department at Ukroboronprom, met with top managers of Turkey's NOTM Ltd," Ukroboronprom's press service wrote in a statement.
The meeting was a continuation of talks that have been ongoing between the Ukrainian and Turkish sides throughout 2019.

"Cooperation with Turkish partners is aimed at stimulating development of domestic production of modern weaponry in line to NATO standards. Scientific institutions and design bureaus that are part of Ukroboronprom enterprises will play a key role in this cooperation,” Artiushenko said.
