Deficit of the national budget's general fund in January-August 2019 totaled UAH 2.9 billion (US$116.2 million).
Ukraine's Finance Ministry says the government and the ministry will propose that changes to the national budget for 2019 be considered by the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's parliament, based on an analysis of the implementation of state revenues and expenses.
The changes will regulate financing of expenses until the end of 2019, the ministry's press service said on September 12.

According to the ministry, the deficit of the national budget's general fund for eight months of 2019 totaled UAH 2.9 billion (US$116.2 million).
