The surplus of Ukraine's national budget in January-August 2019 was UAH 2.385 billion, or US$98.6 million, which was 80% down year-over-year (y-o-y).
Ukraine's State Treasury Service reported on its website that the surplus of the consolidated budget, which consists of the national and local budgets, was UAH 35.367 billion, or US$1.46 billion, which was 3% up on January-August 2018.

As UNIAN reported earlier, revenue of Ukraine's national budget in the eight months of 2019 totaled UAH 671.731 billion, or US$27.76 billion, which was 4.5% down on the target but 10.6% up y-o-y.
