On Friday, October 18, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market by the close of trade settled at UAH 25.09/25.13 to the dollar.
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) on Friday evening weakened the official hryvnia exchange rate by 30 kopiykas, bringing the national currency to UAH 25.03 to the dollar.

The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for October 21:
US$100 costs UAH 2,503.5071 (UAH 2,473.3852 as of October 18);
EUR 100 costs UAH 2,789.9083 (UAH 2,748.6730 as of October 18);
On Friday, October 18, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market by the close of trade settled at UAH 25.09/25.13 to the dollar.
Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 27.95/27.99.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukraine's national currency in September 2019 strengthened by over 4% against the U.S. dollar, and by over 12% from the beginning of the year.
Ukraine's state budget for 2019 is based on the forecast rate set at UAH 29.4 to the dollar by the end of 2019.
