Ukrainian Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk says the Cabinet of Ministers has set a goal for Ukraine to get within the next three years into the TOP10 of the Doing Business international ranking.

"This is a very low spot [64th] for Ukraine. Our state has enormous potential and can even be in the TOP10. This is our goal we set for the following three years," he said in his video blog on October 28.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukraine climbed seven points in the World Bank's Doing Business 2020 to rank 64th out of the 190 economies analyzed.
