The company CCO says he "perfectly understands" the EC vice president's disappointment over the latest round of Ukraine's gas talks with Russia.
Naftogaz Chief Commercial Officer Yuriy Vitrenko says a new lawsuit against Russia's Gazprom in now in the making.
Commenting in a Facebook post on the latest round of gas transit negotiations between Ukraine, Russia and the European Union, Vitrenko said that he "perfectly understands" Vice President of the European Commission Maros Sefcovic, who following the Brussels meeting said he was disappointed with its results. "There's no agreement. But I didn't waste time as I've been working on claims against Gazprom in a new arbitration proceeding ..." Vitrenko wrote.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Vice-President of the European Commission for the Energy Union Maroš Šefčovič says he is disappointed by the outcome of an October 28 trilateral gas transit talks involving Russia and Ukraine.
He said he had put forward proposals to the parties on the volume of gas transit shipments and transportation rates, but the Russian side had not supported it.
