Ukraine's hryvnia strengthens against U.S. dollar to UAH 24.99 on Oct 31

Trade on Ukraine's interbank forex market on October 30 closed at UAH 24.94/24.97 to the U.S. dollar.

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) on Wednesday evening set the official forex rate at UAH 24.99 to the dollar, which made the country's national currency stronger by 12 kopiykas.

The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against key foreign currencies for October 31:

US$100 costs UAH 2,499.5421 (UAH 2,511.3805 as of October 30);

EUR 100 costs UAH 2,775.9915 (UAH 2,786.3767 as of October 30).

As UNIAN reported earlier, trade on Ukraine's interbank forex market on Wednesday, October 30, closed at UAH 24.94/24.97 per U.S. dollar, which was 12 kopiykas higher than the closing rate on the previous day.

Hryvnia quotations to the euro were UAH 27.71/27.75, which was 13 kopiykas higher than the closing rate on the previous day.
