Israel ranks second.
In 2019, Ukrainians have already received US$141 million in money remittances from the United States, which is more than 17% of the total volume of money transfers from abroad.
According to the press service of Ukraine's No. bank PrivatBank's, the U.S. share in the ranking of source countries increased by 3% compared to 2018.

Israel remains second in the ranking of source countries of money transfers (14%, or US$114 million), it is followed by Italy (9%, or US$78 million), it said.
At the same time, Ukrainians most often send money to Russia (28%, or US$49 million), Georgia (11%, or US$19 million) and Azerbaijan (7%, or US$11 million).
As UNIAN reported, according to the National Bank of Ukraine, the volume of transfers to Ukraine through money transfer systems in January-September 2019 amounted to more than US$1.7 billion in equivalent, with the largest amount coming from the United States (18%) and Israel (14%).
