Since the beginning of the year, the net international reserves have increased by 23.7%.
The net international reserves of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) in October 2019 shrank by 1.1%, to US$11.928 billion.
They have increased by 23.7% since the beginning of the year, according to the NBU website.
UNIAN memo. Ukraine's total international reserves stood at US$21.438 billion as of October 1, 2019, which was 3% up against the figure recorded as of January 1, 2019.

Net international reserves represent a difference between gross reserves and the outstanding balance of the NBU and the Finance Ministry on International Monetary Fund loans.
