"Rebooting the government. To date, the economy ministry has fired 47 heads of state-run enterprises and civil servants of category 'A,'" he wrote on Facebook on November 17.

According to the minister, acting heads are being appointed at the enterprises, while competitions are being launched there.

Mylovanov says decisions on dismissals are made by consensus, with the participation of all his deputies.

"We consider each case separately and vote. We have clear criteria: financial results, fulfillment of KPIs [key performance indicators] and tasks, reputation (especially in terms of corruption), and teamwork," he added.

The official emphasized that all enterprises continue to operate normally and promised to provide details regarding the move later.
