The Accounting Chamber of Ukraine has announced it will audit the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's parliament, for the first time, to submit an audit in late March 2020.
In particular, the Chamber plans to study the Rada's effectiveness in using the national budget funds and managing state property during the VII and VIII convocations, the agency's press service said on November 28.
Specialists of the Accounting Chamber has already made preliminary preparations and drawn up a program for the audit. But they have already revealed certain "gaps" the current parliament will need to look into.

The Accounting Chamber will also audit the Central Election Commission of Ukraine next year, the report said.
