Reporting on Bill No. 2078-1, MP Marian Zablotsky said that the new legislation would delay the introduction of the Euro-6 environmental standard until 2025, thus "rescuing the remains of the Ukrainian automobile industry..."
"If we introduce the Euro-6 standard, we can forget about the revival of our plants. Also, the norm applies to imports, and if we don't pass the bill, cars will rise in price," he said.
