Ukrainian poultry shipments to the EU grew by 4.2%.
Ukraine entered the Top 3 countries in terms of poultry meat exports to the European Union countries in the nine months of 2019.

In particular, Ukraine ranked third, having shipped 98,940 tonnes of poultry meat to the EU over the period under review, which was 4.2% up year-over-year, according to a report by the European Commission.
Thailand topped the ranking with 234,470 tonnes of poultry meat supplied to the EU, while Brazil was second with 239,440 tonnes.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the European Parliament supported a gradual increase in quotas for duty-free exports of Ukrainian poultry meat in 2020 from 20,000 to 70,000 tonnes.
