Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov says the ministry on January 21, 2020 will launch a digital literacy course for Ukrainians.

"In my opinion, this is the best and most effective course in the world," the minister said while presenting the project on December 24.

The project will be implemented through the ministry's online platform and beyond, Fedorov says.

"It cannot be done solely through the online platform. Therefore, we will be massively opening offline educational hubs next year, where everyone could exercise their right to free digital education," he said.

The minister hopes such hubs will be emerging across towns and smaller settlements over the next few years.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers planned to significantly increase the level of digital literacy of at least six million Ukrainians in the following three years.
