Ukraine's central bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies: US$100 costs UAH 2,368.62; EUR 100 costs UAH 2,642.2.
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) on Friday evening set the official hryvnia exchange rate at UAH 23.69 to the dollar for New Year holidays, i.e. for the period from December 28, 2019 to January 7, 2020.

Trade on Ukraine's interbank forex market on Friday, December 27, closed at UAH 23.71/23.74 per U.S. dollar, while the hryvnia quotations to the euro were at UAH 26.45/26.47.
Ukraine's national currency in November 2019 strengthened by 3.4% against the U.S. dollar. The hryvnia has also become stronger since the beginning of the year: by 13.4%, to UAH 23.97 per U.S. dollar.
