Prosecutors are probing into the enterprise's illegal bankruptcy.
Kyiv's Pechersky district court on January 13 ruled to seize Public Joint-Stock Company (PJSC) Mykolaiv-based Okean shipyard's integral property complex.
The Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) said its prosecutors were engaged in procedural guidance in criminal proceedings on the fact of causing the enterprise's forced bankruptcy and illegal seizure of its property.

The PGO said the assets had been seized at the prosecutor's request to preserve that strategically important enterprise's property and prevent further attempts to illegally sell it.
"The PGO is taking measures aimed at making liable all persons who participated in the illegal schemes to artificially make the enterprise bankrupt and carry out illegal operations with its property," it said.
