Kobolyev's contract with Naftogaz expires in March 2020, extension depends on Supervisory Board

At the same time, the CEO did not comment on his possible appointment to the prime minister's post.

CEO of National Joint-Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine Andriy Kobolyev says his labor contract expires in March 2020, while the issue of its possible extension is a matter to be addressed by the Supervisory Board.

"My contract expires late in March this year. If it isn't extended, this means it'll be over," he said, as reported by the Ukrainian media outlet European Pravda on January 3.

The CEO added that the issue his contract extension is a matter to be decided at the Supervisory Board.

At the same time, he did not comment on his alleged conflict with Executive Director of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine Yuriy Vitrenko. Also, he left without a comment reports on his possible appointment to the post of Ukrainian Prime Minister.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Kobolyev had been discussing the extension of his labor contract with the Naftogaz Supervisory Board.
