"DB Engineering & Consulting, a consulting company within Deutsche Bahn that works on projects in the areas of infrastructure, mobility and transport, will advise and support Ukrzaliznytsia in business and engineering matters," the German company said in a response to an inquiry from Deutsche Welle.

According to the German side, this is precisely what is said in the "preliminary deal," signed on January 22 in Davos during the World Economic Forum.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk said that the government wanted to transfer Ukrzaliznytsia to Deutsche Bahn for management for 10 years.
