Hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market on Tuesday strengthened to UAH 21.05/21.16 to the dollar by the middle of trades, a broker at a commercial bank has told an UNIAN correspondent.
Hryvnia quotes against the euro have settled at UAH 23.12/23.23, while against the Russian ruble they have settled at UAH 0.3955/0.3979.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 1300 was UAH 21.0932 to the dollar, with 143 deals concluded by this time worth a total of $47.61 million.
As UNIAN reported earlier, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market on Friday strengthened to UAH 21.07/21.18 to the dollar by the close of trade.
On June 1, the Ukrainian interbank market was closed.
