The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade has eliminated a number of commodity items from the list of compulsory certification in Ukraine, including vehicles and spare parts.
The corresponding order was published on the official Web site of the Ministry of Economic Development on Tuesday.
However, for vehicles, the order will come into force from January 1, 2016.
In addition, detergents, bicycles and baby carriages, metal and porcelain, and products of light industry and the food industries have been excluded from the list.
The certification is also not required for a group of industrial goods that includes small tractors, welding equipment, pipes and tanks, chemical sources of electricity and pipe fittings.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade abolished compulsory certification of motor gasoline, diesel, ship and fuel oil.
