The consolidated budget saw a deficit of UAH 84 billion ($3.41 billion), the report says.
The state budget of Ukraine in January-December 2019 was implemented with a deficit of UAH 78.050 billion (US$3.14 billion), which is 32% higher than that for the previous year, the State Treasury Service of Ukraine reports on its website.
The consolidated budget saw a deficit of UAH 84 billion ($3.41 billion), the report says, which is 24% larger than a year earlier.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the 2019 state budget provided for revenues in the amount of UAH 1.026 trillion, expenses - at UAH 1.112 trillion, with the deficit ceiling set at UAH 89.989 billion.

In October, the Verkhovna Rada adopted amendments to the 2019 budget, cutting the revenue plan by UAH 20 billion and offsetting the cut with a reduced public debt servicing plan.
Minister of Finance of Ukraine Oksana Markarova on December 20 said that the state budget of Ukraine for 2019 would not meet revenue targets, which forced the Cabinet to sever financing in certain expenses.
The state budget of Ukraine for 2018 was implemented with a deficit of UAH 59.2 billion, which is 24% larger than that for 2017.
