The official reserve assets over the period under review expanded by 4%, to US$26.3 billion, according to the NBU website.
At the same time, gross reserve liabilities shrank by 0.4% in January 2020, to US$9.5 billion.
UNIAN memo. Ukraine's total international reserves as of February 1, 2020, stood at US$26.3 billion, which was 4% up against the figure posted at the beginning of the year.
Net international reserves represent a difference between gross reserves and the outstanding balance of the NBU and the Finance Ministry on loans issued by the International Monetary Fund.
