Meat output grew by 4.5%.
Meat production in Ukraine in January 2020 totaled 322,700 tonnes (in live weight).
This was 4.5% more than in the first month of 2019, Ukraine's State Statistics Service said.

Egg production in the country in January 2020 grew by 7.4%, to 1.216 billion eggs, while milk output fell by 2.5%, to 545,200 tonnes.
The recent report does not include data from Russia-occupied districts in Ukraine's Donetsk and Luhansk regions, as well as Crimea.
As UNIAN reported, according to the State Statistics Service, Ukraine in 2019 boosted meat production by 4.8%, to 3.47 million tonnes (in live weight), that of eggs by 3.4% to 16.6 billion eggs, while milk output decreased by 3.7%, to 9.68 million tonnes.
