"Economy Minister Mylovanov has proposed supplementing the Cabinet's agenda with the announcement of a competition for the post of head of Naftogaz of Ukraine since [Naftogaz CEO] Kobolyev's contract expires on March 10. [Interior Minister Arsen] Avakov said the issue was politicized, and it was wrong to put it up. [Prime Minister Oleksiy] Honcharuk supported him, so the issue wasn't included on the agenda," Ukrainian MP Oleksiy Honcharenko wrote on Telegram.

UNIAN memo. From 1999 to 2002, Kobolyev worked at the Ukrainian office of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a management consultant, specializing in strategic management and corporate transformation.
