Churiy has noted that once the pandemic is over, the economy will never be the same.
The coronavirus pandemic will change the structure of the world economy, says Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine, Oleh Churiy.
It is rather difficult to predict the consequences, as the situation is developing dynamically, Churiy added, according to RBC-Ukraine.
"The economy is such a thing that it will adapt. We will probably have a slightly different global economy in the end. It will probably be more digitalized, some of the employees will work from home, remotely," he said.

In addition, Churiy believes that certain sectors of the economy could benefit as a result.
"For example, it's online services," he said, adding that this also applies to television products.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the National Bank will keep in a two-week quarantine all cash incoming from Ukrainian banks to the central repository.
