Passengers are offered refunds for their tickets without any additional fares imposed.

At the same time, Russia canceled trains from and to Ukraine and Moldova, "to curb the spread of the [coronavirus] epidemic", Russian Railways reported on its website.
Belarus followed suit and also canceled its railway passenger traffic with Ukraine.
UNIAN memo. As of the morning of Sunday, March 15, three lab-confirmed cases of coronavirus have been detected in Ukraine. One of the cases recorded turned out to be lethal.
On March 11, the Cabinet of Ministers decided to introduce quarantine across Ukraine from March 12 to April 3.
All educational facilities shall suspend operations for three weeks, while all public events across the country have been canceled or rescheduled.
The terms of quarantine may change depending on the development of the epidemiological situation in Ukraine.
