The country's national currency strengthened by 23 kopiykas.
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) on April 3 set the official forex rate for April 6 at UAH 27.37 to the U.S. dollar, which let the country's national currency strengthen by 23 kopiykas.

The official forex rate against the euro for Monday is fixed at UAH 29.56 per euro – the hryvnia gained 52 kopiykas in value since Friday, according to the NBU website.
As UNIAN reported earlier, on April 2, the National Bank conducted the third transaction to exchange cash dollars for cashless ones, transferring to banks US$241.5 million from the proposed amount of US$280 million.
