Ukraine’s State Fiscal Service (SFS) is launching an online system of personnel selection which will allow for an effective reshuffling and refreshing of the top officials of regional customs departments, according to SFS chief Roman Nasirov.
60% of the top officials of [Ukraine’s] customs has been changed, and we will complete this process in two or three months,” said Nasirov at a Ukraine-US investment conference in Washington, D.C.
The SFS is launching a new electronic personnel selection system, which will allow refreshing of the positions of the customs officers in the next few years, according to the Fiscal Service chief.
"We are trying to find a new approach to recruiting new officers and also to the active customs officials,” said Nasirov.
