The hryvnia against the dollar on the interbank currency market on Thursday got stronger and its quotation were fixed at UAH 21.95/22.05 to the dollar by the middle of trading, a broker at a commercial bank has told an UNIAN correspondent.
Hryvnia quotes against the euro have settled at UAH 23.9298/24.0367, while against the Russian ruble they have settled at UAH 0.3854/0.3874.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 13:00 was UAH 22.0133 to the dollar, with 185 deals concluded by this time worth a total of $72.34 million.
