The average customs cost of gas imports to Ukraine in June 2015 stood at $266.56, or UAH 5,855.12, per 1,000 cubic meters, according to the Ukrainian Economic Development and Trade Ministry.
The figure is based on an analysis of regular customs declarations submitted for natural gas shipments to Ukraine.
As UNIAN reported, the average customs cost of gas imports to Ukraine in March stood at UAH 308.65, or UAH 7,739.73, per 1,000 cubic meters.
The average price of Russian and European gas for Ukraine fell by 12.5% in the first quarter of 2015 from the fourth quarter of 2014, to $315 from $360 per 1,000 cubic meters.
