!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UAA1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A relevant decision dated July 23 was included into the single register of court rulings.

As UNIAN reported earlier referring to NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, which controls 100% of Ukrtransnafta, on March 19, 2015, the company's supervisory board suspended Oleksandr Lazorko from performing his duties as chairman of Ukrtransnafta's board. By issuing another decision, the supervisory board elected a former officer of the SBU Security Service, Yuriy Miroshnyk, as acting CEO of Ukrtransnafta.

Lazorko called the decisions taken by the supervisory board as groundless. He said he could have been dismissed only in case of committing any crime of omission or damage to Ukrtransnafta.

UNIAN's memo. Ukrtransnafta is the operator of Ukraine's oil transportation system, which includes 18 pipelines with a total length of 4,569 km, 51 oil pumping stations, 11 tank farms with a total capacity of 1.01 million cubic meters. The pumping stations operate 176 pumping units with a total capacity of electric motors being 356.9 GW.
