"Today, our society is having a more and more active discussion on the important possible directions for Ukraine's forthcoming tax reform now being developed by the task force I am heading as Minister of Finance," Jaresko wrote on Facebook.

"Sometimes it seems that the debate on tax reform mostly boils down simply to the rates of several taxes. Of course, reducing some of them, especially the single social tax, will be a very important part of the reform - and we are now calculating how much we could reduce this tax to significantly decrease the fiscal burden on wages, - Jaresko wrote. - However, our view is that true tax reform is much more comprehensive than just tax rates. In order to demonstrate other issues the forthcoming reform needs to address, we have prepared a special presentation called 'Tax reform is not only about tax rates."
