Russian top gas producer Gazprom and Ukraine’s state gas company Naftogaz of Ukraine have discussed issues related to preparations to the autumn-winter period in Minsk on August 21, Gazprom reported on Friday.
Gazprom CEO Alexey Miller and Head of Naftogaz Andriy Kobolev discussed the current cooperation of the companies and preparations of the Ukrainian gas company to the coming autumn-winter season, according to the report.
Other details have not been disclosed.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the European Commission might be able to hold another round of ministerial talks with Russia and Ukraine on gas supply at the end of September, Climate and Energy Commissioner Arias Canete told at a briefing.
