UniCredit Bank Austria raised its shares in its Ukrainian subsidiary to 80%

UniCredit Bank Austria increased its stake in the capital of UniCredit Bank, one of Ukraine’s largest banks, from 37.36% to 80.02% according to the data posted by the Bank in the system of info disclosure of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market.

At the same time, two other shareholders reduced their stakes. Ferrotrade International - from 35,58% to 11,35% and UniCredit S.p.A. - from 26.48% to 8.44%.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the Luxembourg-based Alfa Group holding company ABH Holdings SA (ABHH) entered into exclusive talks with the UniCredit Group on the acquisition of the group’s Ukrainian subsidiary - UniCredit Bank (Ukrsotsbank).
