The house has been put up for sale without repair and needs significant additional investment, according to the report. However, as reported by a real estate agent, there is already a potential buyer of the house.

The sale of a three-storey house was announced in early June. The house is said to have area of 1,200 square meters with a land plot of eight acres.

The property for sale consists of two buildings: a residential house, and a house for security and maintenance staff. Onsite parking space is provided, a patio and direct access to Obolon waterfront and the golf club.

As reported earlier, for years the house has been considered Yanukovych's property, although no one lived there. In January 2015, the house was not arrested, and it changed the owner, according to Ukrainian news source Nashi Groshi (literally Our Money). However, the new owner is said to be close to the Yanukovych family. Previously, the house and the land plot were owned by Kyivbudzhitlo, which, in turn, belonged to Forester House LLC, known for its direct engagement in managing other real property owned by the Yanukovych family.

A potential buyer of the house is not disclosed. Real estate expert Yaroslav Tsukanov believes that a buyer can be some wealthy person who can afford such property, or a frontman that will be used to help conceal background information about the property object.
