The Ministry of Finance opens E-DATA portal / investgazeta.net
The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine will open E-DATA, the government’s official online portal, on September 15, to introduce online reports on the use of state budget funds.
As reported by the Ministry of Finance, data on the payment transactions of the Treasury will be published online starting September 15, while the information on the use of the state budget and local budget funds, state social insurance and pension funds will be available online from November.
In January, 2016, the Ministry of Finance will begin publishing on the mentioned portal the information on the use of funds of state-owned and communal enterprises. There are plans to integrate the portal into the Transparent Budget information-analytical system in August, 2016.

According to decree No.911-r of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 14, published on the government portal, the Cabinet ordered the Ministry of Finance to ensure the establishment and functioning of a single web portal on the use of public funds, authorizing the state enterprise called "The main design, production and service center of computer technology" subordinate to the Ministry of Finance to administer the portal.
