Draft 2016 Budget: 2% GDP growth, inflation at 12%

Ukraine's Finance Ministry released some calculations regarding draft 2016 State Budget, agreed with the IMF.

The draft law on State Budget of Ukraine for 2016 is calculated on the basis of macroeconomic forecasts, agreed with the International Monetary Fund, which provides for the growth of real GDP to 2% in 2016, the increase in nominal GDP to UAH 2.262 trillion, and rising consumer price index by 12%, according to report published on the website of the Finance Ministry.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the bill on the 2016 State Budget was withdrawn from the Verkhovna Rada shortly after its submission, for further revision by the Ukrainian Government.
