Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has instructed the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine (SFS) to take all necessary measures and implement procedures to simplify and accelerate the business registration process in Ukraine.
"The Justice Ministry registers a company within one day now. There were problems at the Pension Fund, the State Statistics Service and the SFS," Yatsenyuk said at a Cabinet meeting on Wednesday.
"The Justice Ministry has already signed a joint order with the Pension Fund and the State Statistics Committee on the registration of entrepreneurs within one day. I'm now giving the same task to the State Fiscal Service, which is lagging behind in this issue, to sign an order between the Justice and Finance Ministries to introduce a similar system [to register enterprises and businessmen]. And we'll finally come to the point when it takes all government agencies one day to register a company in Ukraine," he said.
