Ukraine’s Ministry of Economic Development and Trade has been working on a government program for 2016, stipulating 2016 as year of growth for the country’s economy, according to the minister Aivaras Abromavicius.
"The morning brainstorming at the Ministry [of Economic Development and Trade] on a government program for 2016. 2015 is macro-stabilization, while 2016 will be a year of growth," Abromavicius wrote on Twitter on Sunday.

However, the said bill was recalled for upgrading immediately after being submitted to the Ukrainian parliament.
